Nolitha works with new homeowners, training them in the property management skills they need to begin their property business successfully. She makes sure homeowners are comfortable as they embark on this journey, assisting with finding tenants and processing lease agreements and rental payments. Nolitha works closely with new and existing tenants to help them make payments through the online app payment system and understand their lease agreements, an integral part of each homeowner's property business.
Nolitha has wide experience working with NGOs that provide funding to local development agencies, mobilise communities and facilitate provincial seminars and cluster workshops, as well as provide entrepreneurial skills development training. Nolitha’s work has involved monitoring funds and evaluating these organisations on their progress through their development phases. She assessed organisational capacity and developed interventions intended to support the growth and improvement in achieving their objectives. Nolitha has education in social work, public relations and human resources from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and has completed courses in conflict resolution and organisational development and training through the Center for Development Practice (CDRA).
