Nolitha joined Bitprop in early 2022 to run maintenance across our growing portfolio of properties. Nolitha liaises with landlords, tenants, sub-contractors and builders to solve ongoing maintenance issues that arise. She runs the administration of tickets, assessing problems and negotiating with service providers to secure the necessary materials and expertise to close each ticket successfully and cost effectively. Nolitha builds and manages her database of contractors that she uses to service Bitprop’s properties.
Nolitha has wide experience working with NGOs that provide funding to local development agencies, mobilise communities and facilitate provincial seminars and cluster workshops, as well as provide entrepreneurial skills development training. Nolitha’s work has involved monitoring funds and evaluating these organisations on their progress through their development phases. She assessed organisational capacity and developed interventions intended to support the growth and improvement in achieving their objectives. Nolitha has education in social work, public relations and human resources from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and has completed courses in conflict resolution and organisational development and training through the Center for Development Practice (CDRA).
