Turning empty spaces into sustainable businesses.

This is Xoliswa’s story

Turning empty spaces into sustainable businesses.

The first thing that strikes one about Xoli is her radiant smile that sets the tone for any interactions with her.

From the get-go, Xoli has been hands-on with her rental flats, taking all the ups and downs in her stride and going from newbie landlord to sustainable homeowner-entrepreneur with a steady income and a secure asset to pass on to her children.

A prosperous entrepreneurial career with new income streams.

Xoli still works as a domestic worker, but is using her rental income to increase the value of her property so that she is eventually able to expand and purchase additional properties. Xoli has caught the 'property entrepreneur bug' and we have no doubt she will be doing much more in the future.
